There is indeed https available for Google ads, you just have to put https in front of the script that gets loaded. In addition to that, you have to fiddle with the domain name so that the certificate matches. https://pagead2.googleadservices.com/pagead/show_ads.js is what I came up with.

Can't you juste use //pagead2.googleadservices.com/pagead/show_ads.js and it will use the correct scheme (http or https)?
