Fedora 12 and unprivileged package installation

That's what I always say: Fedora is just a playground for Red Hat. Community participation my ass: all the core packages are controlled by Red Hat employees dictates what goes in or not; servers are hosted at Red Hat; that's new to me, they can make private comments, WTF?
