Fedora 12 and unprivileged package installation

sudo is still available -- the first step I did after installing a Fedora/Red Hat system is to add myself to wheel and edit sudoers. There are cases where using yum from the command line is much faster (and customizable) than using PackageKit (and relying on PolicyKit to manage permissions)
