Ubuntu's multisearch surprise violates Google's Terms of Service too

Odd that no one here, or at Canonical, looked into the terms of service regarding Google partner search.

Above is the closest match I could find.

Basically, it is OK for them to do this via a 'default homepage' but <em>NOT</em> via a software program (i.e. the search box).

I reported the issue to Google - but who knows if my message went anywhere interesting.

Totally annoying update, poorly justified, and poorly done.
