Firebird 2.1.3 RC 1 is available

Version 2.1.3 release candidate 1 of the Firebird DBMS has been announced. "This is the first release candidate of the Firebird version 2.1.3 patch release. It is a BETA whose purpose is for FIELD TESTING. It is recommended that you test it before deploying it into production."
