ANNOUNCE: libchamplain 0.3.3 released

The "A line is arguably not a polygon" release.

libchamplain is a map widget based on Clutter 0.8 (for now). There is a
Gtk+ widget too.  See http://projects.gnome.org/libchamplain/ for more

Second development release leading to 0.4
(Note: there was no 0.3.1 and no 0.3.2 to match Gnome's Schedule)

Enhancements:

* Now opens more connections to server, lowers loading time

* 584149: libchamplain should set the user agent on libsoup

Known issue
===========

There is a big that hasn't been fixed on purpose:
champlain_view_center_on will place the map at a wrong position on
startup only.  This is something that already works on the Clutter 1.0
branch and we didn't feel like investigating this on Clutter 0.8.
