[ANNOUNCE] GNOME Utilities 2.27.2 - "Dress"

Hi everyone,

this is the second unstable release of the gnome-utils package, for the
2.27 release cycle.

Here is a summary of the most important changes:
    * GNOME Utilities is now 100% libgnome-*-free, which will help
      us to conquer the world.
    * logview now translates the last update time

Thanks to everyone involved in this release; following is a log of the
changes that have taken place since 2.27.1.
