Other projects operated by Xiph.Org include Ogg Theora , a video code developed in cooperation with On2 Technologies ; Free Lossless Audio Codec (FLAC); and Speex , a low bitrate codec designed for speech compression. Vorbis, however, is probably the highest-profile aspect of the project."
