Gyrus is a small tool for the administration of mailboxes in IMAP/Cyrus

This version removes dependency on old and deprecated GNOME libraries,
like libgnomeui and libgnomeprint. Printing of reports now is done
through the now standard GtkPrint. Also, an ugly crasher on 64 bits
machines has been fixed.
