SELinux permissive domains

SELinux is not adopted by SUSE or Ubuntu. Maybe they are shipping unsupported packages of libselinux and other binaries, but without any integration, this is useless and cannot be called adoption. Both SUSE and Ubunutu are in the AppArmor camp.
