Here's a great resource for end users of Linux: http://www.bbc.co.uk/accessibility/ - it lists Linux alongside Windows and Mac, with helpful tips on how to make websites and applications more accessible. Covers KDE and GNOME. May be a little bit dated as it talks about KDE 3.4 and GNOME 2.1, but it's good to see this on a mainstream site that is itself quite accessible.
