eSpeak 1.37 announced

Version 1.37 of the eSpeak speech synthesis program has been announced. From the ChangeLog file: "Added build options for pulseaudio and sada sound systems. Bug fixes: Fixed crash on some very long words. Fixed crash when saying "ligature A E". Added support for mbrola Spanish voices es1, es2. Fixed letter names lang=it 'v' 'x'"
