LCA: Bringing X into a two-handed world

It's GTK.  Another instance is the firefox file dialog.  If you click create directory, type
in the name, and try to click again to create another subdirectory, it doesn't recognize the
click until you move off the button and back on.  It's aggravating and unnecessary.  Other
file dialogs in other UIs don't have this limitation.
