"Issues discussed include Mozilla 1.3.1; plans for 1.4; changing the compiler and OS on Linux; redistributing the time periods assigned to the alpha, beta and final stages of the development cycle; distributing Mozilla to developing countries on CD; and the Why Use Mozilla documents from Mozilla University."
