Yes. By far the most important criteria for me in choosing software is how much effort it
takes for me to deal with it. This is particularly true of mail, which is a hard problem under
the best circumstances.

I find Qmail prohibitively time-consuming to deal with. Even if it's better than other
choices, it's not sufficiently better to justify itself in the vast majority of cases.
