Version 2.0.1 of md5deep has been announced. The software: "Computes the MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, Tiger, or Whirlpool message digest for any number of files while optionally recursively digging through the directory structure. Can also match input files against lists of known hashes in a variety of formats. I've published version 2.0.1 to fix a compilation bug on older Linux systems. The new code required a newer kernel to work; this version is backwards compatible."
