Microsoft/Novell agreement posted

The terms of the Microsoft/Novell deal have been posted at last. There are three parts: the patent cooperation agreement granting the patent non-licenses, the technical collaboration agreement describing the technical work each company will do, and the business collaboration agreement on the business arrangements.

Of course, these are not the FULL agreements, as there are components that have been redacted for "confidentiality".

What I find interesting is that they exclude a number of
'clone poducts' from the patent agreement, whereby the definition
of 'clone product' appears to be carefully worded to apply
to Wine, OpenXchange, StarOffice and OpenOffice, but not
Samba and Mono.
