Change of domain for the AGNULA project

This kind of thing has to be solved. The whole problem roots to the fact that the namespace is owned by the the named entity rather than by the user of the name.

Instead of a hierarchy of names to be sold and bought by the highest bidder names should be managed in some p2p way so that usefull names can't be hijacked by useless entities.

I guess DUNDi[1] is a start. Anyone know of some research in this area?
