SBCL 1.0.1 has been released on 26 December 2006. This version
supports the new platform FreeBSD/x86-64, adds more debugging
information to compiled code, improves profiling and performance, and
more.

SBCL (Steel Bank Common Lisp) is a Common Lisp implementation based on
the CMUCL (CMU Common Lisp) sources, but it puts a greater emphasis on
maintainability. SBCL runs under Linux, MacOS X (Darwin on PowerPC
and x86), xBSD and Tru64 on x86/x86-64, Windows, Alpha, AMD64, MIPS,
PPC and SPARC CPUs.
