Hi,
I am pleased to announce the release of Kphotobymail 0.4.1.
Now the code is migrated to PyKDE. :)
For new readers:

Kphotobymail is a PyKDE based application for uploading photos
to flickr account.You can also use it to send emails with photo
attachment on the fly.
