Announce: FILTR 4.0
The FILTR is the File Inventory for Loading, Transfer and Recovery.
The FILTR 4.0 is a complete rewrite; it is easier to use, has an
updated user interface, and has added functions. TOXFile is now used
as the graphical file manager interface instead of SFM.
