Both packages are provided only as rpm packages for Intel 32-bit architecture. Both packages are marked as non-free in the rpm header. The lightscribe package contains a license in rtf format that forbids reverse engineering.
To add insult to injury, both packages are reported by the server to have mime type audio/x-pn-realaudio-plugin.
