Description:
    Previous versions of the vsftpd package did not explicitly depend
    on the "nobody" user.  Software appliances and other derivative
    distributions that include vsftpd and use dependency resolution to
    discover and include necessary components (for example, when using
    rBuilder Online) could have been affected by this missing dependency.
    rPath Linux users are not generally affected, because the "nobody"
    user generally exists on rPath Linux installations.
