[ANNOUNCE] GNOME Utilities 2.15.92 - "The Bleeding Heart Show"

Hello everyone;

This is an emergency release of the GNOME Utilities package.  Latest
release, 2.15.91, contained a small bug that prevented Screenshot to
take a shot of single windows[1].  This release fixes this bug, plus
a bug in Baobab.
