Description:
    Previous versions of the vconfig package placed the vconfig utility
    in the /usr/sbin directory.  However, the network initialization
    scripts expect it to be in the /sbin directory.  This update moves
    the vconfig to the /sbin directory to enable the network initialization
    scripts to set up vlan tagging.
