Realm announces $50,000 BlackDog Skills Contest
Linux developers from around the country are working hard in the hopes of winning the $50,000 Grand Prize in the Realm BlackDog Skills Contest. The prize will be awarded for the best application created and ported to run on BlackDog. The Grand Prize winner will be selected from first prize winners in each of five categories: security, communications and networking, entertainment, productivity, and miscellaneous. The remaining four first prize winners will each receive a cash prize of $5,000." The winners will be announced at the Open Source Business Conference in San Francisco, CA next February.
