Description:
 The latest stable release of Quanta Plus and
other useful programs for web developing,
including Kommander, KImageMapEditor, KXSLDbg,
KFileReplace, KLinkStatus, gathered under the name
of KDEWebDev - KDE Web Development.

This was released as part of KDE 3.5.0.
