SGI and Novell Attain Elevated Security Certification
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 9 on Altix(R) systems has attained Evaluation Assurance Level 3+ (EAL3+) as determined by the Common Criteria for Information Security Evaluation. SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 9 was evaluated under full compliance with the Controlled Access Protection Profile (CAPP) on an SGI Altix 3700 Bx2 supercomputer and an SGI Altix 350 mid-range server."
