William Harold Newman has announced SBCL 0.9.5 on 27 September 2005.
This version adds support for several additional external formats, new
timers, a byte rotation optimization, and fixes several bugs.
SBCL (Steel Bank Common Lisp) is a Common Lisp implementation based on
the CMUCL (CMU Common Lisp) sources, but it puts a greater emphasis on
maintainability. SBCL runs under Linux, MacOS X (Darwin on PowerPC),
xBSD and Tru64 on x86/x86-64, Alpha, AMD64, MIPS, PPC and SPARC CPUs.
