LWN being a "Linux info source" site, the majority of these comments are going to be of LWN account holding Linux users... not FreeBSD users. Please, prove me wrong. Readers, please keep this in mind.

Having used both Linux and FreeBSD, and now using FreeBSD primarily, I've taken the time as a FreeBSD user and created an account for the sole purpose of providing this URL: http://www.daemonology.net/freebsd-update/
