cruisecontrol 2.2 released

CruiseControl is a framework for a continuous build process. It
includes, but is not limited to, plugins for email notification, Ant,
maven, and various source control tools. A web interface is provided to
view the details of the current and previous builds.

Cruisecontrol 2.2 was released on the 29th of October 2004. The new
version contains many fixes and major improvements. In particular:
- supports building of multilple project in parallel
- supports latest CVS (1.12.9)
- adds support for Surround and SnapshotCM SCM
- supports new Jabber and X10 publishers
- upgraded internal ant to version 1.6.2
- updated internal JMX to MX4J 2.0.1
- has an improved documentation
