Reminder: subscription price change coming

Just a reminder that prices for LWN subscriptions will increase after September 15. Until then, the older rate still applies. See this article for details on this change. Thanks, yet again, to all of our subscribers for your support — that is what keeps LWN going.

Overthinking

The change is really understandable and I welcome it. Now the question is, what would help you more, immediate money if I quickly re-subscribe to keep the old price, or to get the fair price next time my subscription is about to end? :-)

Okay, I'm probably overthinking this.

I expanded my subscription without a single second of hesitation ;)

I recently (before the announcement) renewed for the next year. Is there a way to upgrade that to the new, higher rate? Basically, I want to give you more money without waiting for next year.

Other than changing to a different subscriber level there's not a lot of options, sorry. The best path is probably to just relax for a year and know that we truly appreciate your support!

My subscription was monthly, it expired yesterday, and I just renewed at the higher price and at a higher level.

Thank you LWN, keep up the good work!
