The Sashiko developers have repeatedly claimed that the tool can run locally. I say "claimed" because I haven't actually had the chance to try it out myself, yet, so I'm just reporting what I've heard, but I have no reason to doubt them. Therefore, even if the publicly available interface doesn't permit that for some reason, it should be reasonably straightforward to trigger a review of an area manually.
