Can you send an empty pull request to Sashiko, saying "I plan to change code in the following area, please review for existing problems"? It might save some time to get that report before you start work.

The Sashiko developers have repeatedly claimed that the tool can run locally. I say "claimed" because I haven't actually had the chance to try it out myself, yet, so I'm just reporting what I've heard, but I have no reason to doubt them. Therefore, even if the publicly available interface doesn't permit that for some reason, it should be reasonably straightforward to trigger a review of an area manually.
