openSUSE:Factory build fail stats: 96 failed 34 unresolvable (last
meeting: 23 failed 15 unresolvable)
Over the weekend, we did a full rebuild of Factory to disable building
python3.11 modules.
This has caused a small bump in the number of build failures in Factory.
However, the overall number of failures isn't too bad, slightly over
100.
