DistroWatch turns 25

The DistroWatch site is celebrating its 25th anniversary. "All in all, it has been an incredible ride. Many of you who read these pages regularly know that downloading and testing distributions is a highly addictive pastime. I have been an avid distro-hopper for the last 25 years and I don't see myself abandoning this activity for many more years to come." Congratulations to Ladislav Bodnar and all the others who have kept that resource going for so long.

Thank you!

I discovered MXLinux through DistroWatch. I put it on my wife's laptop two years ago, and she has been sailing smooth ever since with it as her daily driver.

I *do* wish that there were better coverage of *my* favorite distro, but I *do* understand that Gentoo is a 'weird outlier' among the mass of binary distributions.

DistroWatch is a pillar of the Linux community! Thank you for 25 years!

Bonus comment:

One could say that Kubernetes is a replacement for the 'traditional' Linux Userspace - from a Kernel perspective. So, is Kubernetes actually a 'distribution' of Linux Userspace? I see Talos Linux is on Distrowatch, so maybe the answer is actually "yes"? Cheers
