Juice then tag

Parent article: Tagging music with MusicBrainz Picard

My general workflow for CDs is to rip them with Sound Juicer, then top up the metadata with Picard.

Sounds Juicer is really easy to use, which is nice when I only irregular use it. It also pulls metadata from MusicBrainz, though only tags the major metadata. Fortunately it does include the MusicBrainz IDs required for Picard to accurately pick up the track, so the two tools chain together nicely.
