Broken PDF for anyone else?

I’m only able to download a 13KB PDF file that fails to open on iOS (Preview; Books).

Anyone had more success on an iDevice?

The download is failing partway through. The size of the PDF is just under 1MB.

Thank you - much appreciated. I’ve managed to download it successfully using Safari, rather than my alternative browser that appears to have been fetching an HTML page and saving it as the PDF. Looking forward to reading it!
