lkocman: Should we expect disruption in openQA etc?
* openQA had network issues. QA Engineers are working on getting all
up again: https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/196088
* gCobol/gcc Maintainer has received s390x VM and told me, that all
tests are failing -> should be solved within 2026
* Z Trainings planned with a starting date of next month: IBM
(Elizabeth Joseph) wants to provide additional Trainers from the IBM
Reseacrch Center in Poughkeepsie regarding s390x Enablement for the
end of the training sessions
* Ihno is so engaged and likes knowledge sharing (incl. SUSE
relationships), that Sarah wanted to nominate him for the openSUSE
Board (benefit for the whole openSUSE Community)
I think there was a note about newly accepted members having an option
to vote but not to stand up for candidacy. We should double-check on
membership wiki page.


## Leap

Prototype of staging for Leap 16.1

I discussed challenges with staging depending on SLFO udpates with
Adam, and seems like we have agreement workflow-wise that we'd simply
make temporary forks like in the past by making PR against leap-16.X,
even when slfo-x.y branch exist, and drop the PR once the change was
accepted in SLES. Similarly to how we used to "bootstrap" staging int
he past.

We've had a request for nmap additon but nmap is already available in
non-free https://code.opensuse.org/leap/features/issue/269 I'll add it
to release notes

lkocman has a bigger backlog of release-notes relevant actions (Legal
entity change + redeployment due to an updated format of RN) I will
jump on it Today/Tomorrow.

## Maintenance (Marcus, Robert)

15.6/7 updates progressing normally. 16 as well, there we had some
problems with chromium build that are now resolved.

Still working on better communication for 'new package' requests for
Leap16/PH, now have something that feels like it makes sense. Will
continue to work on polish. Not yet sure if/how we can/should
communicate better with 16.1 PH RelEng. GA has
github.com/SUSE/release-notes + doc.opensuse.org

zypper list-patches doesn't have same output as zypper list-updates
(not a zypper issue).
We'll get a new libzypp with a new plugin

Thanks to Richard, Factory/gcc15 should get `-Wtime_t-conversion`
prototpe patch soon, so that I can see what it finds.

## Adam - Git Workflow

new package workflow still being reviewed
adam my biggest ask is if we will be able to provide users a way to
quickly bootstrap the new package submission which will consist of
multiple packages

## Santiago - openQA
- Enabled triggering of MicroOS test using agama installer in Devel
jobgroup (waiting for it to properly break)
- Support authenticating and unlocking FDE with TPM2+PIN, TPM, Password
- Got submitted contributions to Aeon testing merged
- Fixes for libzypp econf support
