The source code is there. You have the right to do the work. You don't have the right to demand that SystemD supports musl. There's a cost to supporting multiple libc/compiler/architecture/... and it's up to the maintainer whether they want to pay that cost.
If you disagree with the maintainer's decision, you're free to publish your own fork. If you can attract other people to it, perhaps your fork becomes the default.
But this attitude of entitlement to other people's time and effort is horribly destructive. Framing it as "evil Red Hat" doesn't make it better.
