In fairness, voice to text is an area where "AI" models are amazingly good. The voice transcription on my phone is almost as good as a trained stenographer. It has a good enough grammar engine that it can guess which homophone I'm using from context, can tell when I'm using a word as a word and when I'm telling it to add punctuation, etc. The only areas where it really needs work are things like names and technical terms that probably aren't well represented in its corpus.
