I think this is the best description of an LLM that I've seen anywhere.

It reminds me of something the magnificent Richard Feynman said - almost a perfect compliment*: assume I'm infinitely intelligent, but know nothing.

* The quote seems to be a general impression of his approach rather than an actual *quote* but it's very on-brand for him :-P
