Forgejo 12.0 released

Version 12.0 of the Forgejo software forge has been released. Changes include a number of user-interface improvements, a mechanism to keep forks in sync with their upstream, and more; see the release notes for the full list.

I love the project. But I often have issues with woodpecker going into a weird state and needing some clicking around to start working again

Upgrading LTS

The 7 to 11 LTS upgrade was extremely smooth for me; I'd spent my usual hour of pouring over the changes to `app.ini` (git example) to diff my runtime config against new/changed settings and ended up not *needing* to touch a single thing (but I chose to add some newly developed feature settings). In reality I could have just dropped in the new binary and restarted the service. $0.02
