In other words, "here's how you can circumvent our sandbox so you can implement a different one - we'll even provide you with tools, it's just another API for the API, to supplement the original API, and it all works on the same system-level APIs that you can use without ever even touching our APIs. but hey, it's all free, so why complain and object, right?"
