openSUSE board meeting minutes February 17

== Moderation ==
* Noted that the last months/quarters have been the calmest in terms of 
  conflict resolution (by the board) in a good number of years.
* Some / much of that attributed to the moderation team. Thank you!
* Question: Would it make sense to publish some statistics by the 
  moderation team on a quarterly(?) base?
* AI Shawn (who is on the moderation team) to discuss with his peers.
* Reminder: If there are any concerns about content and/or moderation on 
  openSUSE communication platforms, those can be reported via
  https://code.opensuse.org/project/mod-team 
 
== openSUSE.Asia Summit ==
* openSUSE.Asia committee received one proposal from India.
* Happily supported.
* Ish responded on behalf of the board.

==  openSUSE Conference ==
* Thu June 26th to Sat June 28th.
* Dates for the board face-to-face meeting prior to the conference?
* Board meeting planned for on Wed June 25th and Tue June 24th afternoon.
* Most (all?) hoping to join.

== openSUSE Sub-Projects ==
* What does it take for a project to become an openSUSE (sub-)project?
** If it's a project that's useful for others in the context of openSUSE.
** Accepts openSUSE Code of Conduct.
** We highly suggest that moderators of subproject communications avenues, 
   that might fall outside of "official" openSUSE platforms (Forums, 
   tools like IRC/Matrix/Bluesky/etc), at least have a representative on 
   the moderators team.
