On port 80 I always set up a redirect to port 443. Is that not the normal / expected thing to do?

OK, there's that, I totally forgot about it. But then you don't really have to bother with setting up anything beyond that on port 80. ;)

And, more importantly, this change in the default to https first will eventually lead to a world where we finally won't need that http Port just to redirect any more.
