Red Hat alert RHSA-2025:1785-01 (tuned)

An update for tuned is now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.4
Extended Update Support.

The tuned packages provide a service that tunes system settings according to
a selected profile.

Security Fix(es):

* tuned: improper sanitization of `instance_name` parameter of the
`instance_create()` method (CVE-2024-52337)
