Owch. My gut reaction to this one is "Grow up already".
Seriously, this should have been ample reason to request Ondruch to recluse himself from the current discussion.

That is not necessarily a problem. I'd rather have a loose set of "use your judgment dammit" guidelines than a five-page straightjacket that leads to rules lawyering instead of finding a compromise.

Fedora should put this sanctioning on hold, if not revoke it outright, until such a process has been somewhat-agreed-on.
