For the oldstable distribution (squeeze), this problem has been fixed in version 1.4.10-4+squeeze4. For the stable distribution (wheezy), this problem has been fixed in version 1.4.12-7+deb7u3. For the unstable distribution (sid), this problem has been fixed in version 1.4.15-2. We recommend that you upgrade your gnupg packages. Debian security update to gnupg

The upstream release notes[1] has some more juicy details as well as the paper's homepage[2]. Certainly an interesting attack.
