New allocation flags

For kmalloc() and friends

GFP_NOIO
Can block, but no I/O will be performed

GFP_NOFS
Can block, but no filesystem operations will be performed

__GFP_REPEAT
"Try harder," but allocations can still fail

__GFP_NOFAIL
Try as hard as it takes to satisfy the allocation
Should not be used without great need

__GFP_NORETRY
Do not retry a failed allocation.
